I always thought Venus clothes were absolutely beautiful. But my orders don't get processed and same for my pre-orders. I send request on chat about my items and all I heard was "its been delayed". Then a little time goes by and I'm requesting status again. This time I hear that my item is no longer. So I end up seeing like 3 of my prior orders showing canceled. When I see one of my orders selling and my size showing available. I am saddened by thier unprofessionalism and lack of customer service.

I've ordered several times from Venus and I must say that I've been very surprised at how quickly the product gets delivered.
The quality of the fabrics and of the stitching is exceptional. I am a seamstress and I really appreciate the fine workmanship.

I bought a pair of Jean's. After maybe 3 times wearing them, the waistband is coming off. I was told I would get a replacement item. It still hasn't happened and I tried.

Venus is a 5 star in my expereance for years now, never had a problem so that says something! You can't go wrong!

I ordered a black dress for a 1920’s themed get together I was attending. They sent the wrong dress and I paid for rush shipping which I never do but I needed it by that week. I reached out to get refunded with shipping since they sent the wrong item and it was to late to reorder it. I never heard back they refunded me no shipping just the amount of the wrong dress which was less money.

Venus is the best online store i have ever shopped. Best pricing, quality and latest fashions. This is my store from now on as I just love the clothes, jewelry and handbags.

The purchased shirt I got was not the size I ordered, I sent it back. It took 14 days- and many emails - before Venus send an acknowledgement of receipt. The prise of the shirt was 14.99, the total amount 24.66. Venus refunded me with the amount of 9.16, which is a different of 15.50, more than the value of the shirt. Fact is: I payed the shirt twice! This is in my mind criminal.

I'm very happy with the customer service that I have received and so far the clothes are up to my standards and I have enjoyed everything that I have received so far and the kindness and consideration I've been given whenever I have called customer service. Keep up the good job

Bright bathing suits and trendy designs lured me into purchasing a few suits for the summer. They were a little pricey but I took the gamble. When they finally came in, the ups product receipt listed everything correctly however THE MOST EXPENSIVE PIECE WAS MISSING. The most pricey bikini top was not shipped. I tried to get ahold of customer service but that led me to nowhere. I just cut my losses- $34.99 out of a $117 bill. Some of the suits were cute and at least bright and of good enough quality to wear in the water. However, the style and fit of things were really off/weird from the models. The bottoms especially feel cheap. Not the material persay but the elastic. I tried three styles of bottoms and only one didn't look entirely like granny panties. I would say maybe the missing top was just a fluke but even so it's too expensive and not worth the quality you get. It's too bad because I really like alot of the styles in the magazines and online. Unfortunately you are not getting what you want or pay for.

I absolutely love shopping at Venus! Their items are so fashionable, trendy and great quality... the prices are reasonable. The customer service is excellent as well. Returns are easy and fast and trouble free. I highly recommend this store. A+!

I've ordered from Venus twice and had to make an exchange for a new size. The return process was very easy and the customer service rep was very helpful. My new item was shipped out promptly and no additional charges were made. I would definitely order from them again. Products are high quality and sizing is pretty accurate.

Because I live in Canada, it takes a bit longer to receive my order, but I am always excited when it arrives. The quality of the fabric and the way each item makes me feel so fashionable, feminine and alive. I share the Venus experience with all my friends and other ladies, so they may have the pleasure of enjoying wearing great clothing!!
